• Site inspection, planning and other site activities, etc.
• Ensure and responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.
• Monitor & Coordinate Project Progress.
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
• Generate various project document control reports as required.
• Control of all Materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 05 years experiences in relevant field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement leasing and marketing plans
• Collaborate with internal departments on leasing and marketing issues
• Manage the full spectrum of lease functions
• Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and property agents
• Coordinate viewing schedules and liaise with property agents and tenants
• Conduct site inspections and marketing presentations
• Negotiate rental and lease terms for renewals and new leases
• Administer letters of offer, lease agreements, and related documents
• Liaise with external lawyers to prepare lease documents
• Address any tenancy-related matters
• Gather and analyze market information
• Make cold calls to potential clients
• Update weekly reports and tenancy schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Marketing, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred
• 1-2 years of commercial leasing experience
• Strong agent network
• Ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Independent, resourceful, and achievement-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
