Job Scope:

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, allocating resources and assigning team members to ensure the efficient execution of projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tender bids for new projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Evaluate and authorize any project changes that affect the budget, timeline, or scope.
• Lead complex or critical projects, monitoring progress and performance to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Address operational issues promptly to minimize delays and ensure project continuity.
• Select, mentor, and manage a team of project members, ensuring organizational goals are achieved and legal requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest safety and quality protocols throughout the project.
• Allocate resources, including capital and manpower, to maximize productivity while keeping project expenses within budget.
• Approve project investments that align with the organization’s goals and financial strategies.

Requirement:

• Recognized Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 -13 years of relevant experience in the Electrical / ACMV Engineering Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and projects efficiently.

.Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project.

· Has experience with carpentry work.

· Able to understand RC structural drawing, specification and calculate the costing

· Able to lead a team of workers

· Ensure smooth progress of site works.

· Assessing and managing safety hazards.

· Completing records for site reports.

· Attending site management meetings.

· Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of works.

· To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

· Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

· Min 10 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

. Able to speak in Mandarin and simple Bengali as he need to communicate with chinese and bangladeshi workers
