Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate required.
• Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industries
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
• Strong analytical skills

Job Scope of Property Executive

• Supervise and ensure that all types of routines and ad-hoc repair works undertaken by the term contractors are carried out according to the Contract.
• Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance works in regards to cleaning, pest control, security, fire protection system, security system, plumbing & sanitary system, building works, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with Contractors to ensure timely maintenance works are done.
• Compile service reports and send them to Client.
• Attend to all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident report.
• Inspect site areas and report all defects and non-compliances to the Client and Management.
• Update the Client on any disruptions, feedbacks, fitting-out and maintenance works conducted on site.
• Prepare cost estimates for ad-hoc maintenance, reinstatement and improvement works and work completion form/job sheet once work is completed for billing purpose.
• Ensure all statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely (e.g. fire cert, annual water tank cleaning, periodic structural inspection, periodic façade inspection, etc.)
• Prepare the monthly presentation slides and management report.
• To undertake other work assignments which the Management may assign.
