Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms
• Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements
• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies

• Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the Construction
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale projects
• Understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances
• Being able to speak Thai will be a plus

• Lead and manage multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of bid tenders for new projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate and approve changes that impact project scope, budget, or timeline, ensuring effective decision-making.

Requirement:

• Professional qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 2- 5 years of relevant experience in the construction engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role.
