JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing BIM VDC tracking list for technical issues , site issues , technical meeting.
• Highligh the project issues in early construction stage to PM, APM ,Coordinators & Consultants and solving the issues on meeting .
• Working closely with project teams & subcontractor to be full coordinations .
• Making sure to project teams & subcontractors to follow up the Technical changes , design changes.
• Preparing BIM Presentation to Clients & Consultants.
• Monitor BIM Coordination Meeting with MEP BIM modellers, M&E coordinators etc.
• Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes.
• Checking the quality of BIM Model standard .

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in BIM Modeling work.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.

Job Description:

• Lead the project team members (Architects, Consultants, Contractor) and manage the property development process from the inception till the completion in compliance with Authority requirements & deliver the project with the desired quality & performance requirement;
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Management, landlords, Consultants, contractors, relevant government agencies to achieve the project scope, specifications, budget, and schedule;
• Review and ensure architectural, structural and all engineering drawings details are in compliance with all related COP, regulations and by-laws of all relevant authorities;
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/Head of Department from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Architectural or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with developer background will be preferred
