· Reports to Director, to lead site project team, to ensure smooth completion of the project within the specified project time schedule, project budget, quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements. He/ she is to protect and minimize Company's liability and all-risks exposure when managing the operations on-site

· Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors etc.to resolve all site issues.

· Monitor, record and to prepare progress report;

· Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors etc. site meetings.

· Lead, manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team to continuously drive and support quality and productivity improvement matters

· Involve in overall construction planning, scheduling, monitoring and lead the project team to meet the target planned schedule

· Deploy the required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements

· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety measures are in place at all time.

· Perform QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site

· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors with the Project QS till the settlement of final account.

· Responsible for authorization of site purchases and rental

· Follow up on all complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

· Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at workplace.

· Responsible for any other role as assigned by Director from time to time

Job Overview:

A Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

6. Communication & Reporting:Act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, etc.).Prepare daily and weekly reports on progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
   Communicate any delays, changes, or issues that may arise during the construction process.
   
7. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:Address and resolve construction-related issues that arise on-site.
   Manage unforeseen problems and come up with solutions to minimize delays.Adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals and timelines.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in construction, including supervisory roles.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to spend extended hours on construction sites, including exposure to weather elements.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, and inspect construction areas for long periods.
• Occasional lifting or carrying materials and tools may be required.
