• Provide CDE training and maintain training log – Organise and undertake regular training sessions on the purpose and use of the system for new users and refresher training for existing users. Provide training and guidance on file naming protocols. Create and maintain training logs.
• Provide advanced training – to super users and local administrators, covering advanced user and administrator CDE functionality.
• Maintain Container Configuration and workflows – Undertake regular checks on file/document links across the system and fix as required. Undertake periodic reviews of file/document workflows and release/move on locked workflows.

We are seeking an individual with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing technical experience for the position of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) Site Supervisor at Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations.  The candidate will work directly with the Engineering Manager and the subcontractors throughout the construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating DfMA-related works with the contractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on working in the field and will report directly to the Engineering Manager. This candidate should understand all aspects of construction in relation to executing Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) work. 

It is expected that the candidate will be detail-oriented with previous experience working as a supervisor or manager at a DfMA/PPVC factory for data center projects and/or other complex technical projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating with contractors in the field during the installation of all aspects of the project superstructure.  The candidate must have strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. The candidate will assist with the QA/QC program throughout the design and construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, the candidate will be responsible for assuring the implementation and compliance with the Quality Assurance System and for scope of work related to the structural steel items. 

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed and organized individual with extensive previous experience working as a QA/QC on large, international projects with deep knowledge of steel structural systems. There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work understanding and implementing the VDC QA/QC systems. The candidate must have excellent leadership and Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, vendors and immediately establish trust and confidence in his/her ability.

We are seeking an individual with experience of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) / Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination for Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations throughout the design and construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).  

Reporting to the Design Manager, the candidate will be accountable for coordinating and collaboration among Fortis' BIM team and subcontractors. Knowledge and implementation experience of necessary BIM software technologies is required. This role is focused primarily on coordinating BIM on a large complex program with stringent standards and integrated QA/QC requirements.  As the team is built and the project gets underway, the long-term vision/preference is to expand this team and potentially support Fortis Construction, Inc. projects for the same client and ultimately have a Southeast Asia-based BIM department.  

The candidate will work as a member of the BIM team in Singapore and is expected to be detail-oriented with extensive previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator. • Adhere to Fortis and the client’s corporate standards for VDC/BIM/VR/QA/QC requirements and workflows across Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd.’s practice as well as coordinate with site-based teams
• Implement and coordinate technology applications and solutions with the Fortis Singapore and US VDC/BIM teams
• Represent Fortis Construction Pte Ltd. in the Singapore VDC/BIM industry
