• Oversee and facilitate all tenancy and agreement processes, including invoice generation and sales report updates.
• Review and assess agreements and contracts for compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants regarding tenancy-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building & Property Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Contract Management experience in Real Estate/Property industry.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
