Job Description Summary

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing OA/QC inspections to meet wi construction schedule.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
• To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendor
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in M&E Engineering or relevant; with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Willing to work on weekends if site required.
