• Administer tender processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with policies.
• Ensure contracts are executed and compliant with requirements.
• Review contract terms to align with market trends and company needs.
• Collaborate with Requestors to develop procurement strategies and resolve contract issues.
• Analyse procurement data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.
• Source new vendors, evaluate vendors and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Resolve contract disputes and draft necessary documents.
• Prepare contracts, certificates and verify supporting documentation.
• Perform other contract management duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tender and contract management, including 3 to 5 years in construction or as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in a QS consultancy firm.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies, with excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
