Key Skill & Competency Requirements:

• Proficiency in sensor principles and applications, with the ability to design and optimize sensor-based monitoring and control systems.
• Proficiency in embedded systems design, including embedded hardware development, microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, STM32), and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Familiar with C# programming.
• Familiar with mainstream automation development tools and software, such as LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, Siemens TIA Portal, and AVEVA System Platform.
• Understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLC programming, servo control, and industrial robotics.
• Understanding of smart manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, MES systems, IoT devices) and their applications in steel structure manufacturing.

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the project site and Inspection offsite.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with offsite fabrications and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Attend Project site meetings if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Supervise and assist the supervisors, all suppliers with regards to the installations and constructions.
• Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
• Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors.

Requirements

• Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
• ITE NITEC cert or 'O' level and above.

Provide technical support to users on computer hardware, software and networks

- Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues

Responsibilities :

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of ISO Quality Management System
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
