Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from a top university
• 1+ years of experience in the valuation and advisory team of a top real estate firm or advisory team;
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication;
• Strong understanding of and passion for the local residential market;
• A deep interest to simplify and bring sophisticated real estate science to the average consumer;
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills with a focus on actionables;
• Advanced MS-Excel / G-Sheet skills, including complex modelling;

• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
