Procurement
· Able to take off quantities
· Able to compile tender documents and prepare calling for tender
· Able to prepare and evaluate price comparison
· Familiar with Civil & Structural, Architectural and M&E works
Contracts Administration
· Able to verify and prepare Sub-Contractors’ and Suppliers payment claim and variation orders
· Able to prepare variation orders to Client including VO dispute resolution
· Well versed and proficient in SIA, PSSCOC & REDAS Conditions of Contracts
· Excellent writing skills in the preparation of letters to Consultants and Sub-contractors relating to disputes etc
· Able to prepare EOT claims
· Preparation of progress payment claims to Clients/Consultants
· Responsible for the preparation of financial reports
· Preparation of Sub-Contract documents
· Attend site/progress meeting
· Able to prepare Final Accounts
· Prepare Cost Budget for secured Projects

· Analytically strong in any form of negotiation
· Support and advise the site team relating to Contractual Issues
· Able to work independently
· Efficient and able to meet targets and timelines
· Result oriented and proactive
Requirements
· A recognised Degree/Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
· Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Construction QS
· Able to communicate effectively (written & spoken)
· Able to work effectively in a Team
