• Contract administration of selected projects.
• Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments to the Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers.
• Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with the Contractor / Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract.
• Preparation of regular cost reconcillation statements of the project showing payments to-date & projected final cost.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Procurement and Vendor Management:

• Benchmark services with daily, monthly and periodic reviews/audits;
• Administrative with regards to reports/finance/document submission;
• Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.

Facilities Operations:

• Ensure building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems. Account consistency will be of importance;
• Support the Preventive and Planned Maintenance program to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of failure for both Soft & Hard Services;
• Closely monitors Operations Procedures to ensure service standards are maintained;
• Monitor site policies & procedures on IFM related matter and ensure adherence;
• Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance;
• Assist with the coordination of MIMO and other relocations activities,
• Support Financial Management requirements in a timely and accurate manner;
• Manage and track office inventory including office supplies, pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, and restroom consumable supplies and report to AFM/PFM with any issues
• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities

Communication and Relationship Coordination

• Deliver delivers meaningful inputs across in the development of the monthly management reports;
• Ensure appropriate and timely follow ups with customers.

Training:

• Support the AFM/FM to ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems
• Assign buddies for new team members to ensure teamwork, consistency & rationalization of the team

Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the technical team to support construction team for all design matters
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works
• Works closely with the appointed Consultants and construction team on designs and project deliverables
• to enhance site efficiency and constructability
• Leads on the design approval from the Authority/Agency including URA,BCA,LTA,PUB etc for the Project

• Manages design approval process in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with the contractual requirements
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the
• relevant parties
• Leads the technical team to work closely with in-house BIM team and resolves all clarifications on
• technical requirements pertaining to the Project works
• Identifies and highlights to Management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact
• Project performance
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to Management, project team and Client as and
• when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e Architectural, MEP, BIM etc.) on design to
• ensure delivery of high quality outcome
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil
• and structural engineering projects as and when assigned
• Attends Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Profressional
• Engineering Board
• At least 8-12 years of design experience or design management experiece.

• Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines.
• Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.
• Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts and technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction
• Proven track record managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental and safety standards
• Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment
• Proficient in project management software
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial management of projects
• Effective communication, stakeholder, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure clients;
• Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments
