• Building relationshipsAccount managers are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. They act as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring that the client's needs are understood and met.
• Managing salesAccount managers are responsible for managing sales, including achieving sales targets and delivering sales presentations.
• Resolving customer complaintsAccount managers are responsible for resolving customer complaints and addressing client concerns.
• Collaborating with internal teamsAccount managers work with different internal teams to ensure that the client's needs are met. They may also collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions or proposals.
• Conducting account reviewsAccount managers conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Preparing sales reportsAccount managers may be responsible for preparing sales reports.

Account managers should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be customer service oriented. They may also need to be confident and assertive when pitching to clients

Job Details:

• Salary: UP $3,300 per month
• Office Location: Clarke Quay area (Mostly Islandwide due to field visit)
• Working Period: Immediate till December 2025 (renew or extend depending on project requirements)
• Working Days: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
• Able to work in high pressure, stressful situations
• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
