• Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
• Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
• Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions.
• Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
• Have At least 3 years open building Design (OBD) software modeling and coordination experience.
• Well know OBD modeling and drawing management, model standards setup, and workflow.
• Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.
• Can produce and manage 2D-6D BIM models.

Requirements:

• Strong computer, technical and communication skills are essential and required.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or a relevant related field

• Minimum 5 years of advanced and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Architectural, C&S and MEP discipline

• Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction project.
