A degree in Architecture, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA;

A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services;

Familiarity with PSSCOC contract for Construction Work,

Passed the MOM-approved “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”

Stationed at site during construction stage.

Represents the client and has to work with the multi-disciplinary team in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.

Knowledge in DFM, BIM Revit and/or VDC capabilities will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of constructionprocess
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Ability to deal with multicultural teams

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor in daily & routine tasks.
• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Utilizing tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
• Enaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts
• Identify Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quatify the savings
• Updating repository for historical data
• Other quantity surveying related duties

Workings Conditions

• 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) 8am to 12noon (Sat)
• Station at project site office
