Requirements:

• Master Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration, CPA holder preferably with minimum 10 years relevant financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the overall project workflow

•To project models and construction documents

•To prepare BIM project set-up and continued project administration

• To prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings

• To work closely with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer

• To liaise and coordinate with internal/external parties to manage technical issues and production of drawings

• To ensure work is up to the required standards

• To handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective and high Conquas/QM score

• To guide and lead junior staffs

• To be able to work on-site

Skills & experience required

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Civil/ Architectural Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years experience in Construction industry doing BIM

• Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior role

• Familiar with adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project

• Familiar with BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office

We are looking for a qualified and experienced mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineer with relevant experience, possess a degree from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board to be overall in charge of all M&E trades,which covers:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Holders from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience of M & E works
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Job Description:

• Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.
• Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations.
• Reporting to Project Director / Management.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Company.

Requirement:

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board OR Degree in Civil Engineering not recognized by Singapore PE Board with valid Structural Steel Engineers (StEr) (SSSS) certificate and membership preferably.
• Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.
• Able to manage a site team and liaise with sub-constractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Structural Steel & Metal work will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certificate – BCSS / CSCPM – etc
• Short notice preferred
