  Proficiency in using software tools for cost estimating, budgeting, and project management (e.g., MS Excel, project management tools, and other cost estimation software).

• Quoting clients and other stakeholders on job costs.
• Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.
• Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.
• Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
• Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
• Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.
• Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes.

Requirements:

• Trade-school qualification or proof of apprenticeship with a certified plasterer/builder.
• Two years' experience as a plasterer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
• Good communication and professional skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project performance, including operational KPIs and communication with internal Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly reports on project status and results to stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast project costs, and communicate findings to the project team and management.
• Actively involved in budgeting and forecasting; review and correct variances monthly.
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory and interim audits.
• Provide insights on project WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements for project management and reporting processes.
• Attend project management meetings to review cost status and present financial updates.
• Review and ensure accurate project payments and invoices.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project accounting for construction industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Organized, meticulous, responsible, and good with numbers.
