Requirement:

• Experience in Tendering and Estimation is a MUST
• Having experience working with Electrical, Fire Protection & Solar Projects would be an added advantage
• Registered LEW would be an added advantage
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards

Job Description

• Manage and maintain updated documentation throughout the workprocesses and projects life cycle based on the company’s policies andprocedures.
• Liaise with Consultants, Managers, Engineering, Design and ProjectTeam members to check their documentation requirements andprepare technical submissions.
• Submit documents and drawings to Consultants, update registers,follow up replies and distribute/ circulate technical documents tointernal users.
• Compile, organize and update all documentation to the latest versionfor safekeeping, storage and archiving into main server database on aroutine basis to ensure accurate data is available in shared folder.
• Responsible in disposal and retention of documents based on specificrequirements.
• Secure the management and confidentiality of documentations andassist in file migration and audits if required.
• Provide administrative support to Managers and team members.
• Handle adhoc organizational and general administrative duties.
