Prepare and analyse cost comparison..
Providing information of all the contract documents, correspondence and other information to ensure a proper performance of contractual obligations.
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments

Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Min 5 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companies
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden software
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines
Preferably with working experiences in LTA projects
