• Call quotation and sub-contract procurement
• Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Attend meetings/ site meetings

Job Description:

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Tender: price comparison, create budget, prepare tender document, and follow up.

2) General Contract administration, measurement works.

3) Create Project budget after contract awarded.

4) Prepare Purchase Agreement/Subcontract Agreement / Purchase Order.

5) Prepare weekly Pipeline & Cost Control.

6) Prepare monthly Interim payment Application then submit to Client.

7) Prepare monthly interim payment to suppliers/subcontractors.

8) Assist in warehouse management and.

9) Settlement of final account.

Requirement:

1) Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

2) Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in local building/civil construction projects on site;

3) Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit.

4) Good interpersonal skills.

5) Good at time management, good business ethics aiming get things done.

6) Appreciate Digital Filing system or willing to learn and working together with other teams using e filing and approval.

5) Calm, logical, analytical, and sensitive with figures.

6) Willing to go to construction job sites.

7) Hands-on PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

8) Have experience dealing with Client like LTA/PUB/Singapore Polytechnic/ITE or Training Centers, understand the clients demands;

9) Structural steel experience especially for Civil Steel/Building/Façade works is preferred

9) Less experience but willing to learn is welcomed, as we do provide great in house training from time to time as long as you are willing to learn and self-motivated.

10) Undergraduate are welcome for entry level.

· Register qualified workers for Coretrade courses with BCA and the respective Coretrade training providers and follow-up with course confirmation, transportation arrangements, training leave application and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

· Answer training related enquiries within the company and assist in the retrieval of certificates, staff project CV, staff photo upon request by site personnel.

· Monitor and maintain the name list of A1 personnel for Sunray and SWC to meet BCA requirement.

· Register for staff’s new and renewal Coretrade with BCA, follow up on the confirmation and Coretrade course registration.

· Claim training grants and absentee payroll with the respective government agencies (BCA, WDA).

· Handle and administrative duties such as setting up internal training via Zoom, attendance records, training evaluation and any other queries related prior to the course.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned, and queries raised by staff / workers
