• Knowledge and supervisor skill in the install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.

• Experience in diaphragm wall construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, execute and complete of diaphragm wall construction projects
• Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specification
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
• Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities

Key Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Min 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge in diaphragm wall constructions
