Looking for an experienced Finance professional to support the fund accounting capability by applying IFRS and applicable GAAP to investments of Asia Pacific core or core-plus real estate fund, ensure financial reporting, investor reporting, cash management and capital transactions are properly recorded and timely delivered, and strive to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fund administrators and service providers.

Responsibilities:

Financial and Investor Reporting

• Coordinate with fund administrators to review the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and compliance with fund partnership agreements.
• Review the investment entities’ standalone and/or consolidated financials, including the supporting workpapers and reconciliations.
• Handle audit and tax and ensuring timely completion per the partnership documents and statutory filing deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 8 years in IFRS consolidation and finance operations in real estate/fund management industry, with background from Big 4 audit firms

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create accurate and organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Well versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure.
• Conversant in Singapore Construction Industry regulation.
• Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model
• Facilitate the transfer of information on the file sharing exchange protocol
• Perform QAQC on modelled elements to ensure quality
• Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory
• Experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in Singapore Construction Industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
• Excellent in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, and Navisworks,
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Architectural BIM Modeling related projects
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
• Excellent in managing Common Data environment for projects.
• Good Knowledge of in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is of an advantage.

Job Descriptions

• Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services and manage contractors doing maintennace of Soft Services ( Cleaning , Pest control, landscape, security etc)
• Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
• To provide technical knowledge and advice to the Team to resolve any site issue. To respond and compile fault cases and highlight any major issue to managers.
• Oversee sub - contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations if needed. Manage minor A&A works M&E /facility-related repair and replacement works.
• Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
• Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled.
• Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.

Requirements

• Facilities management background with at least 3 years of similar experience.
