• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practises.
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, execute and complete of diaphragm wall construction projects
• Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specification
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
• Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities

Key Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Min 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge in diaphragm wall constructions
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
