IT Department Manager, his responsible for overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the IT department,his duties include:

• Creating job posts, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Relaying information between upper management and department employees.
• Managing the department budget.
• Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security.
• Locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems.
• Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals.
• Creating workshops and training programmes for staff.
• Performing routine system audits.
• Running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees.
• Salary : SGD7,000-SGD12,000 depending on experiences
• 5.5 Working days , but need Overtime working .

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Able to read M&E and Building drawings, good in Autocad, BIM Revit

• Candidate will be required to design and draw for Building services, e.g.. Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc.

Job Description:

• Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Liaise with the BIM team to update the drawings or BIM Model with the latest information available timely
• Prepare as-built drawings or BIM Model and compile O&M Manual for submission
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all Civil and Structural works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Review architectural & structural submission documents & submission drawings prior relevant authorities' submission
• Assist the Project team in site walk-down survey with other discipline engineers and Client representatives as required, in resolving technical issues until construction completion
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ HDB experience
• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Engineering or equivalent approved by PEB, BOA or SISV
• Good knowledge of technical design and engineering, construction methodology and construction planning
• Good oral, written and inter-personal communications skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Obtain CONQUAS supervisor certificate will be added advantage
• Job position will be given based on experience and exposure

Work Arrangement:

• 5.5 days work week during probation
• Locations across Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property sites as assigned
• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with
• Conduct meetings of the management corporation, preparation and record minutes of meetings
• Ensure good record keeping and filing administration
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners
• Supervise and manage a team of site staff
• Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
• Those with M&E experience would be advantage
• Good leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good customer service skills
• Good decision making skills and effective problem solver
• An eye for details
• Proficient in MS Office applications
