Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Experience in managing large-scale construction projects

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Experience in managing and supervising construction teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with co-workers who can only speak mandarin.

Job Scope:

- Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight

- Surface preparation work (eg removing old grout and cement and cleaning and levelling surfaces)

- Laying tiles in accordance with tiling plan

- Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

- Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

- Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

Requirements:

- Willingness work in non-climate-controlled conditions ( heat, cold, outdoors)

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

- Willingness to work overtime

- Min 1 Year relevant working experiences

- No minimum qualification needed

- Construction work experience is a plus
