2. Minimum 5 years Experience in Civil & Structures Work

Job Scope

1. To assist attend and prepare for tender/ quotation related matters

2. To plan and prepare for works as per required

3. To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary

4. To carry out work related to civil & structural such as construction building supervision, periodic structural inspections, road audit and any other jobs as per instructed.

5. To prepare reports and any other necessary paper works as required by clients, authorities or company.

6. To carry out other tasks/ instructions from Project Director and management of the company.

1. Able to communicate and have good writing skill in English

2. Have good knowledge in computer skill such as Microsoft Office, Design softwares and Autocaad.

3. Able to deliver quality works under short deadline.

4. Post a positive work attitude such as able to perform task independently with minimum supervision, good team works and hardworking

Note: This role requires frequent travel and will be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield in electronics manufacturing.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
• Lead initiatives to address and resolve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
• Drive efforts to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance process capability.
• Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to resolve customer-reported quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders outlining corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize quality inspection processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to enhance inspection efficiency.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across departments for effective quality management.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure a unified approach toward achieving quality objectives.
• Manage personnel-related tasks, including task assignments, coordination, attendance, and performance management.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Oversee the timely delivery of tasks and projects to meet quality objectives within established timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in quality management, particularly within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Experience collaborating with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (separate living accommodations provided). The role includes annual 4 round-trip tickets back to Singapore.
