Your Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager and oversee the progress of construction activities.

What Will You Do

• To oversee the progress of all construction activities.
• To ensure all equipment’s are in working order and good condition.
• To ensure the workers follow site safety procedures.
• To review daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures.
• To ensure project completion as per the set timeline.
• To prepare progress report and report to the Project Manager.
• To attend any on-site meetings or events.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least an O Level, ITE or higher.
• Have experience as a Supervisor in related field.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with potential clients and service partners.
• Create marketing plan with yearly goals for the business unit.
• Achieve sales targets while following company rules and ethical standards.
• Determine opportunities in tenders to expand the client base.
• Reach out to potential clients in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Lead tender processes, making sure to meet all requirements and deadlines.
• Develop clear value propositions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate terms for tenders and business proposals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
• Review project expenses with operations teams regularly to maintain within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of corporate sales experience within facilities management/ construction-related industry
• Prior experience or proven record in securing significant projects will be an added advantage

Class 4 Driver - Tuas + Delivery of Admixture to construction site [3770]

Salary Range: $2400 - $2,850 + OT + Allowance (Gross $3400 - $3500)
Working Location: Tuas + Delivery to Construction Sites
5.5 Days Work Week
Working Hours: 8am –5:00pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am –12pm (Sat)

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Admixture to construction site
• Manual pumping is required for driver to transfer the product to site tank.
• Any other ad hoc delivery as requested by the immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• Driving Licence: Min. Class 4
• Vehicles – 36ft Lorry
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience: Experience in delivery to construction would be advantage
