• Assist all on-site air-con piping works.
• Assist to prepare materials ordering, fabrication and work schedule.
• Supervise and monitor projects carried out in accordance with company operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specification.
• Ensure foremen and workers meet regulatory work requirement.
• To liaise with Main-con and other Contractors to ensure work progress in accordance to schedule.
• Oversee the construction of project to ensure they are completed on time, within the budget and highest quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in ACMV Project.
• Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning.
• Knowledge of basic written and spoken English.
• Good attitude, responsible personality and hard working.
• Team player and able to work with all level of staffs.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
