• Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
• Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
• Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.
• Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)
• At least 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructures works
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player & multi-tasking

Managing and monitoring daily operations and activities on site.

• Responsible for full set of accounts.
• Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax and legislative requirement.
• Daily cashflow monitoring & projection,maintain and update Cashflow report weekly.
• Preparation of management reports with journal, Fixed Assets and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
• Assist for monthly bank reconciliation and SOA preparation.
• Assist to ensure payment & cheque are processed in a timely manner.
• Follow-up on customer’s billings and payment status.
• Reconcile with suppliers’ Statement of Accounts
• Answer incoming phone calls from creditors on payment status
• Liase with Auditors and Tax Consultant for Year End Report and attend to the enquiry
• Prepare Interim Payment Certificate and Backcharge.
• Prepare Invoices and Debit/Credit Note.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Prepare Payroll and CPF Submission if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and monitor progress and performance against the project plan, managing day-to-day operations including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
• Manage project costs within approved budgets, including materials, manpower, and machinery cost control for new and ongoing projects.
• Issue timely instructions to address delays or emergencies at construction sites.
• Play a key role in the conceptual development of various construction projects, overseeing organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Review manpower planning and work schedules to ensure smooth operation and effective delegation of tasks, while enforcing safe and economical methodologies and project standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and developers to resolve site issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and all stakeholders to minimize errors and ensure smooth project completion.
