Strategy

• Support the risk and controls monitoring of CSO processes and sustainable finance products, with a focus on the set up and running of the CSO Non-Financial Risk committee (NFRC) and other CSO governance committees
• Support the development and monitoring of sustainable finance products, with a particular focus on governance and controls.

Business

• Assist in ensuring that all new products, which form a significant part of the Sustainable Finance corporate plan, have robust risk controls built around them
• Ensure actions around SF product / process governance uplift are tracked and followed up

Processes

• Ensure SF adheres to existing operational processes and work to improve or create new operational processes and controls e.g., working closely with Head of Product Solutions on governance for new products
• Ensure that existing controls are implemented and reviewed regularly including conducting Controls Sample Testing (CSTs), Residual Risk Assessments per Risk Controls Self-Assessment.
• Ensure that actions (from governance committees, audit, regulator conversations) are followed up with rigour

People and Talent

• Develop a strong working relationship with COO Functions, Finance, GRPA, Compliance, Legal, RSR, Climate Risk and Group Sustainability

Risk Management

• Ensure risks within processes and products are escalated and monitored appropriately with an action plan going forward
• Ensure that appropriate risk metrices relating to CSO processes are submitted and monitored
• Assist in ensuring all material operational risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported to relevant governance forums
• Assist SF Solutions in identifying areas of operational risk for new products and new business, regulatory and thematic risks, and then being able to ensure implementation of appropriate controls to mitigate these risks
• Assist in ensuring that product constructs are robust and that risk controls are adequately implemented

Governance

• Assist with project management of key initiatives and coordinating with stakeholders across COO, Product Teams, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and others
• Support the projects related to product roll outs and Sustainable Finance Governance
• Responsible for ensuring SF Solutions owned documents are refreshed in a timely manner
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in a regulated financial institution or equivalent such as fintech

General Overview

This position is part of the Instrument, Control and Electrical team that provides maintenance and technical support to the Production, Mechanical and Project teams in the LNG Terminal. This position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant instrument & control design of newly build or modified equipment including implementation of minor instrument and control engineering projects, while ensuring the overall technical integrity of the terminal from the instrument & control (I&C) discipline perspective.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support and solutions for the Production and Maintenance teams for instrument-related issues
• Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams as to how to reduce instrument maintenance costs and increase availability and functionality.
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on possible gas pipeline network and electrical power grid, instrument and metering interfaces to ensure conformity.
• Prepare and update instrument maintenance procedures for all instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas system, ESD, metering, CCTV and security equipment is up to date
• Conduct root cause analysis for instrument related incident and recommend preventive and corrective actions to prevent future occurrence
• Carry out MOCs project to resolve and improve instrument reliability and operational issues from engineering, construction to commissioning
• Ensure verification, inspection, testing and reporting to management in respect of all electrical and instrument equipment used for maintenance and their certification for use in hazardous areas of the terminal.
• Participate and provide support in execution of maintenance or major equipment turnarounds in the terminal
• Manage functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the Terminal
• Support expansion project from meeting overall facility integrity point of view, ensure smooth integration and any opportunity to leverage with existing Plant is captured
• The incumbent shall also participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

Work Experience

• Minimum eight (8) years practical experience in an instrument & control maintenance / design function in an oil & gas or petrochemical Plant
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and submission procedures, and must possess expert knowledge of electrical & instrument international engineering design
• Experience in functional safety for the process industry as per IEC 61511. Certified functional safety engineer will be an advantage
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of large and complex electrical, instrument and control equipment in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is required.
• Experience with common PLC programming software and languages and able to troubleshoot third party equipment issues through program debugging. Experience with Siemens PLC will be an advantage

Education

• The candidate must have a good Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate with professional accreditation or affiliation to professional bodies of engineers will have an advantage.

Performance Criteria

• Able to carry out day to day activities with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of large and complex electrical equipment and related instruments.

Class 3 license applicable prioor to experience, responsible and independent in carrying our duties. ensure overall good condition and cleanlines of the vehicle assigned before work starts.Good driving track records and overall good working attitute , able to take stress environment to fetch workers from many sites. Team player . Familliar with Singapore roads

• Able to develop, plan and coordination of all M&E works
• Assis in implementation and review of plans specification
• Monitor Project status and submit progressive report to Project Manager
• Provide solutions for M&E technical issues
• Ensure control of engineering & technical documentation
• Ensure control of product delivery and corrective action implementation, construction machines are properly maintained and all testing/measuring/test equipment are calibrated and controlled
• Plan, orgnize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.
• Able to perform value engineering
• Complicance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
