• Provide HR advices in accordance to regulations from Ministry of Manpower, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant government agencies

• Overall in charge for all site coordination relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters of the project. Overall responsible for all the MEP works installation and progress of work to meet contractual and specifications requirements.
• Leading in design coordination with consultants / client and authorities.
• Attend client, consultants and sub-con meetings.
• Review of shop drawings / materials / Method of Statements.
• To ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved (site staff, suppliers and subcontractors). To ensure transmittal forms / emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models.
• Ensure that all the submittals are carried out timely and closely monitoring the progress and status.
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with all trades and authorities.
• Take lead in VDC for MEP related matters. Cross check BIM model with contract drawings and other disciplines, such as architectural, structural, etc.
• Review of contract documents and scope of works.
• Establish and implement quality control measures for MEP works after consulting with PM and Quality and Service Dept.
• To work with PM and Site Manager in planning and executing temporary works, in particular, the temporary services.
• To ensure all MEP submissions (as-built, COS etc) are done for RI (M&E) and TOP. To ensure that the project is ready for the RI and TOP inspections.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Building Service.
• Candidate with proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit will have added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in coordination and supervision of MEP works in local building construction. Preferably in high rise building projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP specifications, code of practices, standards and BCA quality requirements.

Overall responsibility is drive digitalisation efforts within the project teams for the purpose of delivering an Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project. Be a champion in the advancement of BIM, VDC and digitalisation

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to improve QA/QC monitoring for alignment with organisation VDC/IDD standards
• Updating of organisational BIM templates and standardisation documentation
• Creation and monitoring of 2D/3D families
• Lead a team of Modellers/Specialist and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Support design coordination with technical teams, Client, subcontractors via VDC
• Run QA/QC check for correct parameters and attributes for 5D Cost Management
• Create/Maintain Dashboard for monitoring of project management metrics

Requirements

• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent (with relevant course in BIM) or Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or integrated digital delivery (IDD) project management, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Design Consultants
• Preferably with at least 3 years of BIM experience as a Project level BIM Manager role in a large scale infrastructure project and has completed one full project cycle at design phase or construction phase
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks & MS Office
• Preference of basic knowledge on Dynamo & Civil3D usage
• Have experience with 4D Synchro/Fuzor, 5D Cubicost and PowerBI implementation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings
• Creation of 2D families
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

Requirements

• Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or BIM
• Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
