Responsibilities

The specialist will be on boarded in the Middleware Section (35 members) and specifically to the CCM (Control-M) / CFT) 7 members team. This team manages the global production services and project management for the scope covering BMC Control-M, Axway CFT/Secure Transport and Sentinel.

• Global production service operations support in middleware technologies and platforms.
• Accountable for the overall service reliability, availability and stability of the technical scopes.
• Provide technical expertise for managed workloads, including troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving incidents, problem, service request and change management process.
• Partner with the development, project and business teams to understand requirements and technical specifications to participate in project deliverables activities.

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the following technical platforms:

- Operating Systems: Linux, Unix and/or Windows

- Middleware Technologies: BMC Control-M, Axway CFT/Secure Trasnsport/Sentinel

- Monitoring and Data analytics tools: OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos

- Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell, perl

• Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
• Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:

- Docker/Kubernetes, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and logical skills.
• Customer oriented and a strong team player.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.

Good to have

• DevOps tools & framework experience
• BMC Certified Service Professional in Control-M Version 9.

Work Schedule

• Required to work on Paris and/or New York and/or Asia time zone*, i.e. 2pm to 11pm/4pm to 1am (summer season) or 3pm to 12am/ 5pm to 2am (winter season), or in accordance to the planned time schedule as required. • The AD, Sustainable Finance Solutions - Governance (Maternity Cover) will have experience in governance across the Bank. They will have a knowledge of Sustainable Finance and ESG regulatory developments, supervisory standards and best practices including SCB’s standards and processes. They will have a passion for Sustainable Finance and be a self-starter and quick learner.
• They will ensure that the risk control environment in CSO (Chief Sustainability Office) at Standard Chartered is reviewed regularly and all required mitigants are in place. They will be able to relate these risks and mitigants to the wider Sustainable Finance landscape and have a good understanding of Greenwashing risk.

Strategy

• Support the risk and controls monitoring of CSO processes and sustainable finance products, with a focus on the set up and running of the CSO Non-Financial Risk committee (NFRC) and other CSO governance committees
• Support the development and monitoring of sustainable finance products, with a particular focus on governance and controls.

• Assist in ensuring that all new products, which form a significant part of the Sustainable Finance corporate plan, have robust risk controls built around them

General Overview

This position is part of the Instrument, Control and Electrical team that provides maintenance and technical support to the Production, Mechanical and Project teams in the LNG Terminal. This position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant instrument & control design of newly build or modified equipment including implementation of minor instrument and control engineering projects, while ensuring the overall technical integrity of the terminal from the instrument & control (I&C) discipline perspective.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support and solutions for the Production and Maintenance teams for instrument-related issues
• Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams as to how to reduce instrument maintenance costs and increase availability and functionality.
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on possible gas pipeline network and electrical power grid, instrument and metering interfaces to ensure conformity.
• Prepare and update instrument maintenance procedures for all instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas system, ESD, metering, CCTV and security equipment is up to date
• Conduct root cause analysis for instrument related incident and recommend preventive and corrective actions to prevent future occurrence
• Carry out MOCs project to resolve and improve instrument reliability and operational issues from engineering, construction to commissioning
• Ensure verification, inspection, testing and reporting to management in respect of all electrical and instrument equipment used for maintenance and their certification for use in hazardous areas of the terminal.
• Participate and provide support in execution of maintenance or major equipment turnarounds in the terminal
• Manage functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the Terminal
• Support expansion project from meeting overall facility integrity point of view, ensure smooth integration and any opportunity to leverage with existing Plant is captured
• The incumbent shall also participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

Work Experience

• Minimum eight (8) years practical experience in an instrument & control maintenance / design function in an oil & gas or petrochemical Plant
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and submission procedures, and must possess expert knowledge of electrical & instrument international engineering design
• Experience in functional safety for the process industry as per IEC 61511. Certified functional safety engineer will be an advantage
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of large and complex electrical, instrument and control equipment in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is required.
• Experience with common PLC programming software and languages and able to troubleshoot third party equipment issues through program debugging. Experience with Siemens PLC will be an advantage

Education

• The candidate must have a good Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate with professional accreditation or affiliation to professional bodies of engineers will have an advantage.
