Sales Executive (Supplier of Construction equipment and material)

• Salary: Basic $2500 + Car Allowance $800 + Mobile Allowance $80 + Commission
• Office location: Toh Guan Road - Jurong East
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and build rapport with clients
• Develop new accounts and grow customer base
• Diligently follow up on customers requirements
• Prepare and submit quotations
• Prepare and meet monthly sales target and collections

• Several years’ experience preferably in sales of construction equipment and materials

Job Responsibilities

• Reviews and ensures proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's). Performs regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy. Prepares status reports of all ECOs and ECRs in process
• Manage the E&O process as well as financial forecasting process for their respective product lines so that it follows the published accounting rules
• Specialize in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control / Material Resources Planning (MRP) integrity
• Obtain alignment from cross functional groups on the adjusted ECO implementation plan
• Review and approve new buy requests to ensure balance is made between availability and potential E&O
• Reviews MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information; reconciles supply and demand; validates master scheduling and/requirements
• Works with engineers to manage materials for special engineering projects.
• Examines material variances, resolves problems where possible, and/or communicates more difficult problems to management. Assists in setting up new inventory systems or modifying existing systems, when necessary; assigns appropriate expediting duties to expediters. May manage obsolete inventories.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related
• Candidate should have experience across several operational disciplines in a contract manufacturing environment and possesses experience and or a depth of knowledge in a minimum of two skills in the following areas: High mix, low volume manufacturing, Supply Chain factory engineering, quality, and program management.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Planning/Inventory control
• Proven record of managing and driving continuous process improvement activities. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root cause for action/resolution and understanding of Bill of Material management (BOM)
• Experience working in tier one ERP & PLM systems such as Oracle / SAP / Agile /Teamcenter
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in word processing/typing, presentation/PowerPoint/Power BI
• Basic: Alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet

Responsibilities:-

• Person in charge of the workplace on environmental regulations pertaining to the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Officers) Regulations 1999 Person in charge of the workplace implementation and revision of Environmental Management in the worksite
• Act as an Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)
• Establish, update, maintain, and implement the Environmental Management System and Environmental Impact Aspect assessment
• Conduct / Plan site environmental inspection and ensure effective implementation and continual improvement on all environmental matters. Advise occupier of the workplace or other person in charge of the workplace on environmental health problems and recommend remedies to establish a healthy working environment
• Oversee the installation of noise meters at site vicinity and monitoring of construction works noise to ensure it does not exceed the permissible noise levels throughout various stages of construction phases
• Coordinate with external pest control operator visits to carry out fumigation, mosquito oiling and rodent control measures. This is to ensure effective control on site
• Liaising with National Environment Agency & Public Utilities Board (PUB) on environmental issues and other statutory requirements of compliance by sites
• Updates on codes of practice & environmental literature and circulates information to each level of employees

Requirements:-

• Must possess Environmental Control Officer Certificate and registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA)
• Min 2 years’ relevant experience
