Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure the product and processes adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) while complying with regulations from government agencies, aviation authorities, and customer requirements.
• Develop, review, and revise quality procedures and quality control instructions to maintain system efficacy.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to address non-conformance issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize quality-related costs.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the quality systems, products, and processes in alignment with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
• Perform vendor audits and on-site evaluations to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer and regulatory requirements across all operations.
• Lead initiatives to reduce the monthly Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and minimize material scrap rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with expertise in ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
• Proficient in using problem-solving methodologies such as fishbone diagrams, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and the 5-Whys technique.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of NADCAP processes such as heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shot peening, and chemical processing is highly advantageous.

Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the main person in charge in maintaining the Management System (FSMS and HSE).
• Manage and report actions for products under quality on-hold or other issues to the Management including major issues which could affect business performance.

• Knowledge in Halal, ASC & MSC, ISO45001 and BizSafe certification
• Comfortable with communicating with internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg, SFA officer, auditors, customers, vendors, etc).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and administer the Company's quality training programs.
• Prepare curriculum, training material and recurrent training material to a defined standard.
• Teach formal classroom training courses such as but not limited to policy, procedures, maintenance paperwork, safety, Human Factors, airworthiness regulations, recurrent training and other subjects.
• Revise training curriculum and serve as subject matter expert.

• Be in control of the Technical Library. Assure all data are up-to-date and that revisions are distributed to all Engineers affected.

• Support the training and qualification of Certifying Staff.
• Be responsible for the archival of maintenance records. Supervise a team of Technicians in the scanning of maintenance records and ensuring the operability of the scanning equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Part 145 or equivilant
• Minimum 2 years of aerospace experience in repair/manufacturing or a quality assurance role.
