Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Credit Control Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end legal process for debt collection
• Ensure timely and effective collection of all customer payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers.
• Coordinate with legal representatives to follow up on actions taken against overdue accounts.
• Liaise with repossession agents to manage repossessed assets.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure outstanding balances are addressed and cleared.
• Resolve internal and external queries related to customers' outstanding balances.
• Process and allocate daily receipts in the accounting system accurately.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related role.
• Provide sound advice on appropriate legal actions at various stages of debt recovery.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, both internally and externally, across all levels.
• Reconcile complex financial accounts with a keen attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + VB (2-3 Months)
• Working Location: Newton
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Objective

In collaboration with various department to contribute to the optimization of inventory control management through strong governance of processes in monitoring product portfolio.

Relationships 

The position needs to have strong collaboration with Operations, Finance and Logistics team

Key Activities

• Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor
• Coordinate and follow-up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks
• Assist Inventory Planning Executive in validating count results of cycle counts/Customs stock take (during and after the count)
• Maintain and update records that will be used as references for checking and validation of items
• Assist Inventory Planning Executive in checking SKU’s with source code (EAN/UPC) or price tag issues and report it promptly to Inventory Control superiors
• Liaise with Retail Operations in printing of new price tags for items with incorrect source codes
• Process returns to warehouse in Glob+
• Checks breakages and damaged items at each store and maintain a Liqour Breakage & Damaged Items Monitoring Listing
• Any other duties which may be assigned by immediate superior/Manager from time to time

• Diploma or related qualification in Inventory Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in Inventory Control or Planning from multi-stores retail or travel retail industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
• Good business acumen and analytical skills

Vector Control Worker/Technician

• Preferably with ITE-NEA Vector Control Worker/Technician Certificate, or willing to attend certification course
• With/Without Class 3 driving license (Will be able to drive home company vehicle if applicable)
• Starting Basic Salary of $1.7K
• Flexi-Work Hours (5 Day Work Week)
