• Communicate with relevant business line and other functional units to provide AML and transaction monitoring advisory, expertise and all transaction monitoring matters
• Due Diligence and background check on suspicious cases/alerts
• Ensure timely escalation of alerts, and escalate suspicious transaction reports (STRs) appropriately
• Contribute and maintain KRI (Key Risk Indicators) for Transaction monitoring Team
• On an adhoc basis, may be involved in other FCC related work as assigned

Process Account Opening and Customer/Account Maintenance Requests for Individual Customers
Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
Handling internal account opening/maintenance/closure instructions and internal transfer
Handling of account services fees and custody fees
Preparation of letters to clients
Handling of Queries from front office
Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for.
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Min. GCE O/A Levels / Diploma / Degree
No experience needed as training will be provided

• Attached to Private Wealth Business Compliance & Governance Department
• This position within the Private Wealth BCCO unit and is responsible for supporting our Front Office to complete the periodic reviews for our existing clients.
• Review client’s profileduring periodic review to ensure conformity to internal and regulatory requirements on AML/CFT/CDD standards, producing client risk assessments, due diligence analysis and assigning an appropriate risk rating.
• Accurately identify gaps (if any) in client's source of wealth and assess the plausibility in line with MAS and the Bank’s expectations.
• Liaise with relationship managers for deficiencies of KYC information and obtain corroboration documentation.
• Ensure name screening alerts are handled according to Bank guidelines and procedures.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
