Job Summary

As the Safety Officer for the main contractor, you will report to the Project Manager and oversee safety protocols at the construction site. This includes conducting inspections, implementing safety measures, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

MAIN PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES:

• The Assistant Director, Community and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of community services and youth mental health programmes. He/she will provide professional and operational oversight for clinical and social work components in CYMH.

• This position will supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre (YDC) to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop in centre, child access services and youth mental health programmes. This will include guiding staff and executing the pivoting of YDC from its current focus to professionally grounded youth mental health and developing the activities and programmes needed from scratch.

• This position will also provide professional supervision to develop and implement youth mental health programmes that are able to reach a broad spectrum of youths to build resilience as well as supervise the team to provide case management and basic level counselling/triage for low to moderate level of youth mental health concerns. This will include ensuring that funders' KPIs and obligations are met.

• This position will also supervise the Manager, Kids in Play (KIP) to ensure strategic planning, and provide strong professional oversight to enable KIP to continue to be well established as a clinically sound service provider and continue to grow KIP's social work and clinical practice in the corrections landscape. This position will also front engagements with government agencies such as Prisons and NCSS, using his/her professional standing and capability to build a strong reputation for KIP and enable collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure continual financial support for all KIP programmes. Scope of Works:

• Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Ensure office equipment and systems are functioning properly, arranging for repairs or maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain accurate financial records for Training department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in digitizing and automating processes for increased efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with accounting and administrative software tools.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of suitable candidates for interview.
• Onboarding and Offboarding for Employee.
• Coordinate and administer training & development programs including submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
• Document control representative for ISO.
• Payroll function.
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.
• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
• Matters related to MYE application.
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements :

• Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
• Able to meet deadlines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Cashiering duties;

· Guide residents to make S&CC payment on e-platforms;

· Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team;

· Assist in cases creation in the system;

· Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;

· Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases;

· Assist with Facilities Booking matters;

· House visits;

· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Hrs : 44.5hrs/week

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure the maintenance of proper filling, correspondences and records.
• Oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure processes adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle escalations and monitor performance.
• Lead and represent the contractor’s team.
• Ensure overall service performance, compliance with KPIs, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Issue invoices, debit and credit notes to clients and intercompany transactions.
• Update bank balance and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly closing.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal filling.
• Liaise with auditors for annual statutory audits.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

• Preferably degree level and at least 2 years of experience in related field
• Experience using SAP HR
• Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage large volume of transactions and remain composed under pressure
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
• Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
