This role reports to the Assistant Manager, Transport or the Assistant Transport Controller.

The Transport Coordinator supervises and monitors the truck drivers well-being and ensure they are performing in accordance to delivery schedule and servicing schedule. He/She will have to follow up and manage drivers' attendance and will need to head to different construction sites to monitor and supervise other drivers.

• Work closely with site personnel for delivery scheduling
• Propose alternate solutions in meeting target if the schedule or work failed to be achieved
• Attend truck related court cases when applicable
• Ensure well keeping and maintenance of all trucks
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Required:

• Familiar with Singapore Routes
• Night shift required if assigned

We are representing a Global leader in the Facade industry in search for a Market Tender.

Job Responsibility:

• Review construction bidding documents, including drawings, commercial documents, and curtain wall technical requirements.
• Calculate the quantities for each curtain wall system.
• Mark the scope of the curtain wall contract work on the floor plans, elevations, and curtain wall detail drawings using color coding.
• Based on the design drawings and unit prices for materials, labor, and measures, calculate the material content (including aluminum profiles, iron components, aluminum panels, glass, etc.) and system prices for each curtain wall system, and complete the overall cost calculation documentation.
• Allocate itemized unit prices based on the finalized total cost.
• Perform other tasks related to curtain wall commercial bidding.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Cost, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial bidding for overseas curtain wall projects
