• Understand the Leighton Asia HR Policies and practices defined by the corporate HR function and the organisation’s overall talent strategy.

• Assisting Technical Superintendent with daily operations of the vessels
• Train, monitor and guide junior technical officers on company’s purchasing policy / procedure, company tools and EyeShare of outstanding invoices etc

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a ship management, ship owning company or purchase department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of ShipNet software system will be an advantage

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Any other related duties assigned by manager

Working Hrs: 44hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to fire safety regulations and the Emergency Response Plan.
• Supervise fire safety systems and remove hazards
• Conduct fire safety briefings and training for staff and contractors.
• Update emergency plans and conduct fire drills
• Ensure fire-fighting equipment is functional.
• Maintain records and submit monthly safety reports.
• Assist with Fire Certificate applications and implement arson prevention plans.
• Be available for emergencies and manage fire alarm operations.

Experience requirement:

• Must be a qualified and competent person.
• Required to be authorized under the Fire Safety Act.
• Must be registered with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Must earn at least 30 Continual Professional Development (CPD) points every three years.
• Relevant experience in fire safety management is essential.

Skills & knowledge:

1. Proficiency in Singapore's Fire Safety Act and related regulations.
2. Must hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification issued by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
3. Must be familiar with the Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety (Fire Safety Managers) Regulations, and the SCDF guidelines.
4. Ability to conduct safety audits, prepare emergency response plans, and oversee fire safety installations
