Job Descriptions:

· To assist the occupier of the workplace or other person in charge of the workplace to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes therein;

· To recommend to the occupier of the workplace or other in charge of the workplace reasonably practicable measures and safe work procedures to control & mitigate such risks to prevent incident occurrences;

· To assist in implementing & reviewing such measures or safe work procedures to prevent workplace accidents;

· To investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence;

· To work closely with the relevant authorities on safety, health and environmental matters;

· To administer and implement an effective Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) in accordance with prevailing legislation and preparation for third-party external EHS audits;

· Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety Audits as per requirements;

· Making certain that all ordinances or orders bearing on occupational safety and health and environmental are complied with the governing laws;

· To prepare and conduct the EHS trainings for all employees which are identified in RA and SWP;

· Measure and monitor the WSH performance of the project and discuss WSH performance in the WSH committee meetings and recommend areas for improvement;

· Perform ECO and ECMO duties as assigned; and

· Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

· Possess at least a Specialist Diploma in WSH and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace safety and health (WSH)-related and certificate in ECO;

· At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the Civil & Infrastructure works to be carried out by a WSHO cum ECO; and

· MOM registered WSH Officer and NEA registered ECO + PUB registered ECMO.

• Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the total management of patients in the department with the assistance of the Nursing Officer/ Staff Nurse in charge;
2. Contributing to quality outpatient and inpatient clinical services, including running specialist outpatient clinics, supervising inpatient care and providing specialist consultations;
3. Participating in on-call rosters for emergencies and clinical service provision;
4. Providing teaching and supervision to junior medical staff;
5. Be involved in Education, Research and/or Administrative aspect;
6. Other administrative duties.

Requirement:

1. Possess a basic medical degree and relevant post graduate qualification that are recognised and registrable with the Singapore Medical Council and Specialist Accreditation Board;

3. Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council;
4. Be registered as a medical practitioner in the country where you are currently practising;

• Perform various welding processes on materials such as steel and stainless steel.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Job Discription:

1. Ability to negotiate for strategic partnership on support and pricing.

2. Source for office/manufacturing related raw materials/ services quotes and knowledgeable in recommending similar type of materials/grades/composites.

3. Input and release PO to suppliers/vendors promptly.

4. Work with QA team for incoming specification to ensure PO is meeting the requirements needed.

5. Work with Planning team to avoid costly urgent and sudden shortage/ramp up of raw materials as well as urgent follow-up with vendors on critical parts required.

6. Follow up closely for all acknowledgements and delivery schedules.

7. Coordinate between Warehouse and Production Departments.

8. Manage and update prices in system.

9. Manage suppliers and their OTD performances (both delivery and quality) to ensure uninterrupted supply to production.

10. Optimize the purchasing volume to avoid additional premium / handling cost.

11. Monitor any potential slow moving stock which may lead to obsolescence and maintain optimal level of inventory according to usage demand.

12. Implement and monitor cost saving measurements with suppliers/vendors, source for alternate suppliers and cost reduction program.

13. Establish and negotiate for reliable and effective freiaht cost

Remark: have experience liaised with subcontractor for secondary process.

Requirements:
