1. Overall Job Scope and responsibilities

The production/operations intern reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for efficiency of manufacturing and overall factory management. Successful candidate will be exposed to factory management & operations; functional ingredients production and formulations; supply chain/logistics planning to ensure streamline production and timely fulfilment of order.

Specific tasks include:

Factory Production

• Manufacturing of functional ingredients, premixes and functional food.
• Factory equipment production process optimization
• Facility and equipment management, arranging for certification and licences
• Planning of production schedule through coordinating equipment, labour, and material availability.
• Support development of streamlined supply, manufacturing, ordering & delivering process to achieve maximum efficiency when fulfilling customers' orders.
• Troubleshooting of production issues to minimize delays in production.
• Upkeeping of production records for traceability

Overview

You will work in a range of clinical services, including inpatient care of rehabilitation and sub-acute patients, outpatient clinics focusing on integrative care of patients with chronic disease, geriatric syndromes and rehabilitative care, and home medical care for chronic bed bound patients. · Provide inpatient and outpatient care of patients at St Luke’s Hospital and other assigned institutions as part of extension of services of the hospital

• Prepare bank deposits
• Ensure timely submission of Statement of Account (weekly / monthly)
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders, follow up with customers on payments and contacting clients

Job Requirements

• At least LCCI or any other Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including energy consumption and waste generation.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including researchers, consultants, contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in corporate projects and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with degrees in other engineering disciplines (e.g., Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering) with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience in facility infrastructure management, particularly in specialised laboratory or research environments.
• Expertise in designing and managing ACMV systems, and other critical building systems.
• Strong background in project management, particularly in complex built environments.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for specialised laboratories, including safety protocols for handling hazardous biological and chemical materials.
• Experience with Government Procurement practices, including green procurement initiatives.
• Proficiency in building management systems and CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex infrastructure challenges.
• Passion for driving sustainability in scientific research environments.
• Knowledge of green building standards (e.g., Green Mark) and experience implementing energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Partner and work with various FAB users, to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities will also include assisting in operations support in FAB clean rooms to make sure all rounded supports are provided.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for a reliable, agile, and professional individual.
• Oversee the Team spare/ chemicals / inventories stores – upkeep with good house-keepings, periodic cycle counts. Maintain the inventory database, ensuring timely and accurate recordings, raise purchase requests accordingly.
• Take charge and provide day to day supports in all logistics needs and initiate material/spare parts procurement when required to ensure smooth Fab operations.
• Accountable for the inventory movements required to enable smooth lot operations across IME Premises.
• Follow through the orders from the start of purchase till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time.
• Work seamlessly with various stakeholders to provide logistics support and deliver inventory on time.
• Work towards and employ critical thinking, put-up good initiatives to move forward to digitalization.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

Experience:

• Education: Diploma in engineering discipline. Preferably in supply chain logistic/ warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations.
• Preferably some experience in semiconductor / manufacturing environment, with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.
• Strong knowledge-based on excel skills and some knowledge of supply chain analytics.
