JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, quality, and timely completion of engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for C&S works
• Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings following engineers’ requirements
• Able to work independently with the responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
• Assist on the ad-hoc duties.

Job Specifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering or related C&S drafter experiences
• Minimum 2 years experience and above
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and other software

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of relevant
• experience in building projects.
• Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and executing C&S
• works.
• Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications.Perform construction planning, coordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants
• and Authorities on all project aspects.
• Develop detailed work plans and cost estimations for a practical forecast of cost and
• workforce requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of reports.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works of a project.
• Prepare, monitor and review site work programs.
• Plan and schedule the works and resources for a project.
• Lead and resolve all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure that the works are performed to meet the company’s ISO standards and
• contractual requirements.

Job Description

• Provide on-site frontline concierge service for employee service requests/status/enquiries/feedbacks at the Employee Concierge at the 3 different working locations
• Escalating the necessary to to the middle office via Employee Relationship Management System for case resolution
• Provide on-site support for Principal Offices for services including but not limited to the following, (Onboarding, Offboarding, Daily Duty, HR Admin, Logistics, Procurement and Finance)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Min Higher Nitec and one year of relevant working experience
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be ok to work at 3 different locations (Central and West)
