• Responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers
• Follow up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
• Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices.
• Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Finance and generate monthly reports
• Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

• Construction planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors;
• Coordination and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interface that exist on the project;
• Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner;

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry
• Experience in construction planning related to industrial building facility
• Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients
• Proficient in MS Office in particular Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project

Job Summary:

The Senior Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and forecasting Group Cash Flow to ensure financial stability and support decision-making. The role focus on optimizing liquidity, managing working capital and involves monitoring projects and entities’ cash flow and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

Responsibilities:

• Track inflow and outflow across all project accounts

• Maintain updated records of the Group’s cash position

• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet short-term obligations

• Develop and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts

• Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecasting accuracy

• Provide scenario analysis for cash flow under various business conditions

• Prepare monthly cash flow and working capital reports for management

• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual cash flow against job opening and Plan

• Identify and report on trends, risks and opportunities in cash flow

• Work with finance and operations teams to gather inputs for cash flow analysis

• Coordinate with accounts receivable and payable teams to improve cash conversion cycles
