The Role

• Provide total patient care services to patients through interventions, follow-ups and lifestyle modification service so thatpatients’ needs are met and that Guardian is seen as an outstanding community pharmacy

The Person

Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering

3 to 5 years of work experience in business analysis and project management, preferably with focus on stakeholder and vendor engagement

The executive will support the Yishun Health (YH)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical Quality, Performance and Value (CQPV).
