Position Available: Project Officer

We are looking for a Project Officer to assist in an RNA biology and cancer epigenetics project. The role will focus on performing a variety of cell and molecular biology, transcriptomics and genomics experiments including molecular cloning, PCR, western blotting, nucleic acids isolation, lentiviral production and transduction, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and next generation sequencing library preparation. The National University Health System Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) is an initiative where trained personnel provides tele-triage to patients and/or their caregivers. • Facilitate the entire loan application process, including managing necessary documentation and conducting preliminary credit evaluations.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure applications meet all internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to expedite the approval and disbursement of loans.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and dedicated support.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Actively promote loan offerings, engage potential clients, and develop a network of referrals to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or lending sector with a solid performance record.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s lending regulations is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive financial data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Display a good disposition with warm and professional greeting to all those entering the property.
• Answers telephone line in professional manner with good phone etiquette.
• Maintains accurate records of service requests, logs of service requests and tracks the status.
• Responds promptly with accurate and comprehensive information according to the specific request.
• Provides administrative assistance to the Property Manager and members of the property management team.
• Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
• Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property and responds to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience in customer service or frontline work is a strong advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly disposition and customer service orientated.
• Attentive to details, well organized and team player.
• Open to work rotating shifts.
