Job Description

• Responsible for the company’s organization, management, and marketing

• Responsible for evaluation of company’s current performance and future expansion program

• Responsible to take policy decisions and give directive for company’s growth plans

• Authorizes Quality, Safety and corporate wide policies

• Give directions and key decision regarding the company business which includes operations, business

development, finance, commercial, technical, human resources, etc

• Oversee group business including overseas offices

• Build effective client relationships and expand client base

• Oversee the implementation of internal control to adhere to corporate governance

• Ensure good communication in social and public relations that are presented to relevant stakeholders

• Represent the Company to financial community, major customers, government agencies, shareholders and the

public, as and when required.

Job Scope:

1. Provide administrative support for Parenting Pact (PP) attendance i.e. ticking the checkbox in the system.
2. Provide ad-hoc support to frontline counter services in the event of exigencies of duty.

Specific responsibilities are as follows in relation to (a)

• Assist with the administration of the Marriage Counselling Programme (MCP)
• Verification and acceptance of online registration forms for MCP, estimated at up to 20 per day, received via Portal (inclusive of incomplete registrations requiring follow-up correspondence via the Portal)
• Liaising with the agencies on their queries and requests for assistance (eg. request of change of agencies, extensions and MCP case status enquiries, assisting as Liaison officer for technical support issues for Partners’ Portal for MCP agencies and any other ad-hoc request).
• Attending to queries from public on MCP (supporting QSM in MCP queries) and in relation to (b):

Ad-hoc support Registry duties at Level 2:

• Screening clients before allowing clients up to Level 3
• Answering FAQs related to court processes

Working hours:

Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5.30pm

Fri 8.00am-5.00pm

Salary: Monthly Rated (TBA)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience in project management related to systems development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work with multiple IT systems.
• Good communication and writing skills;
• Organised with good time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquers, RI, TOP etc.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
• Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
