Your skills and experience:

• Banking experience focused on both (i) Structured finance (leveraged finance, project finance, real estate, sponsor financing, equity loan) with understanding of structuring terms, loan documentation and enforcement in multiple jurisdictions. The role covers large ticket transaction requests that combine loan origination, structuring, syndication and hold to high yield counterparties.
