Residential building supervisor post

Company requires a Supervisor with at least 10 years experience in residential building construction.

Experience in both structural and architectural trades. Must be able to attend all meetings with owners, architects, and Technical Controllers.

He reports directly to both AP & TC of the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction projects.
• Support day-to-day project operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, and material logs.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction industry.
• Candidate with prior 6 months of relevant internship experience in civil construction industries will also be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office , MS Project and AutoCad.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
• Team Player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
